Because salt spreaders vary in design and capacity, "Sure-Flow" vibrators are available in two different models and four different kits. The standard "Sure-Flow" kit includes the durable Z-80 vibrator and works great to move bulk salt and salt/sand mix on every brand of tailgate spreaders on the market. The high performance "Sure-Flow" kit includes the durable Z-200 vibrator and makes material flow in every other type of salt spreading system known.

In a dealer price comparison the Sure-Flow Z-200 saves you more than $200.00 when compared to the "discounted" price of the Snowex D6515 heavy duty vibrator and the Z-200 is a direct drop in replacement on the VeePro and V-Maxx. The Z-200 saves you about $100.00 over the Buyers 3006734 vibrator and the Z-200 is a replacement for the vibrator on the Salt Dogg SHPE 1500 and 2000. The Z-80 is a replacement for the Snowex D6174 vibrator on the Snowex 1575 and 1875 salt spreaders and is also priced to save you money!
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
Karrier Company wants you get long life out of your salt spreader, so we do not recommend that you mount the
Sure-Flow Z-200, Snowex D6515 or Buyers 3006734 vibrators on plastic tailgate spreaders. The plastic hoppers that were made for the Z-200 are about 1/2" thick. The plastic hopper on your tailgate spreader is 3/16" to 1/4" thick. So unless you want to buy a new hopper, please don't put a 200 pound force vibrator on your tailgate spreader. The Z-80 vibrator generates the maximum safe vibration force for plastic tailgate spreader hoppers and moves bulk salt and salt/sand mix better than you can imagine.
ATTENTION V-BOX OWNERS
Steel V-box spreaders are stitch welded and are not designed for heavy vibration. Some vibrator companies applying tradition vibrator sizing methods to salt spreaders and sell their customers vibrators that put out more than 900 pounds of force. The Sure-Flow Z-200 Twin provides sufficient volume of vibration to make salt flow evenly from the largest salt spreaders on the road without damaging the spreader hopper. Higher force vibrators will damage the spreader, not to mention, generate a tremendous amount of noise on a steel (megaphone) salt spreader. The Sure-Flow Z-200 Twin is the right size vibrator kit for your V-box and is priced to save you money!
Sure-Flow Z-Twin vibrators are approved for use by the State of Ohio DOT on spreaders up to 16' long.
