The M-125 is nearly a completely autonomous hydraulic actuator. Just add electricity. Forget about running all those hydraulic lines, installing expensive control valves, pumps, cylinders, filters and reservoirs. All the hydraulic links to the controls are eliminated. Instead of hydraulic links, the M-125 is connected to the controls by electric wires. This eliminates cost and lets you use hydraulic actuation in a wider array of applications.

The cylindrical shape of the M-125 measures approximately 2.5" in diameter. Motor and pump design were carefully considered to balance cost, life and performance. The reservoir is sealed with O-rings inside the aluminum housing to prevent leaks. The design of the rotary pump allows the M-125 to hold loads safely without expensive internal valving.




If you crash the system, the risk of oil loss is greatly reduced because of the compact design. The M-125 is available with a microprocessor control (ERV) to prevent the system from overloading. The sealed hydraulic system is impervious to contaminates.

    Meet ERV. 

    ERV is short for Electronic Relief Valve.  ERV eliminates the need for the conventional relief valve.

    The ERV-100 is a microprocessor controller especially designed for our hydraulic actuators and has the  following functions:

    1.  Limit the actuator force to a predetermined value set at the factory.

    2.  Prevent the actuator from being started in the same direction after it has reached the set force limit.

    3.  Protect the drive motor from overheating by limiting the cycle time.

    4.  The ERV-100 requires at least one relay in the electrical circuit.
